Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

How We Handle Your Requests:

Step 1  
Submit a return or replacement request within 3 days of delivery if you receive a wrong or expired product.  
You can submit your request here with your order and contact details or use the Chat option for assistance.  
For damaged or missing items, please submit your return or replacement request within 2 days of delivery.

Step 2  
Allow us 2 business days to review your return request.

Step 3  
Once your request is reviewed, we will arrange for our courier partner to collect the products.

Step 4  
If our reverse pickup service is unavailable in your area, you will need to send the product back using a reliable courier. We will reimburse your shipping costs to your PayTM / Google UPI or Bank.

Step 5  
Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to validate the claim and then process a replacement or refund. Please note that replacements are subject to stock availability.

Conditions for Return or Replacement:

- Incorrect product delivered
- Expired product delivered
- Damaged product (physical damage, tampering, or damaged packaging)
- Missing items in the order

Conditions for Non-Acceptance of Returns or Replacements:

- Products that are opened, used, or altered
- Missing original packaging (e.g., mono cartons, labels)
- Return or replacement requests made after 3 days from the delivery date
- Reports of damage or missing items made after 2 days from delivery

How Returns are Processed:

Once you initiate a return, a pickup will be scheduled within 5-7 business days. The item will be returned to our warehouse and inspected by our quality control team. If the product passes inspection, we will process your refund.

Can I cancel my order?

Currently you need to write to us for cancellations with a valid reason for cancellation, and leave rest on us.

Earthgenix reserves the right to cancel any order without pre-confirming the customer at any time and may verify any order before shipping the same to the customer that may include having a verbal or written confirmation from the customer.

Note – Orders can't be canceled after we ship the same.

How will I receive the refund for my cancelled or returned product?

In case of prepaid orders, money will be returned to the bank account/ credit/debit card or where the payment was made from within 7 business working days. For Cash on Delivery orders customers will be required to provide bank details where they would like to receive the refund.

How long does it take to receive a refund for a cancelled order or returned product?

We will process your refund within 7 business days incase of cancellation of an order.In case of returns, we will refund the money after the product has been received by our warehouse and post completion of quality check. Please note, this entire process takes 2 weeks after the return has been picked up.
